The scope consists of constructing a new Vehicle Maintenance Facility with twelve Service Bays, a Car Wash, a Dumpster Enclosure, and a Fueling Station. Site development includes all associated utilities, roadways, Fleet Parking lots, site lighting, fencing/gates, and landscaping.
