Scope of Work: Tenant improvement, including complete build-out of the CSB counters and admin offices, QTA areas and breakroom, restrooms, Ready return/car return, and customer service and exit booths. The QTA buildout included the installation of Rotary lifts, tire changers, compressed air, windshield washer fluid, a carbon monoxide monitoring system, and a complete lubricating system.
